Zaid Handmade is a boutique brand specializing in handcrafted products, looking to scale its online presence beyond organic word-of-mouth. Juvenc partnered with the team to build a performance-driven acquisition and retention engine across Meta, Google and email. Our goal was simple: turn scattered interest into a predictable flow of qualified traffic, add-to-carts and repeat customers in key GCC markets.




We restructured Zaid Handmade's Meta and Google campaigns around high-intent audiences, product categories and remarketing journeys, while aligning Arabic and English creatives with the brand's warm, artisanal aesthetic. In parallel, we built a full email marketing layer – including welcome, abandoned-cart and post-purchase flows – to recover lost revenue and nurture loyal customers. The result is a coherent funnel where paid media brings the right visitors in, and email turns them into engaged, returning buyers.
